The Club Room at The Clyde has added new items to its lunch and dinner menus. Chef Brady Smith has created new monthly features for salads, appetizers, entrees, desserts and drink specials that complement the regular menu. Different items will be featured each month.
August features include a crab cake appetizer, a garden-fresh spinach salad, grilled mahi mahi and caprese chicken breast entrees, along with a delicious Italian lemon cream cake for dessert.
The Club Room has expanded its offering of desserts. Their desserts are all made from scratch locally, created by renowned Sweetwater pastry chef Stephanie Haberstock.
“Our new monthly features highlight the freshest available seasonal ingredients along with our unique twist on the traditional favorites,” commented Smith. “Our growing base of regular customers has also offered us feedback as well, so some of the monthly features on our menu will rely on those requests and suggestions from customers.”
In conjunction with new Blues Jam Sessions, The Club Room is now offering all-you-can-eat BBQ on Mondays from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. for only $15. The live music from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. is hosted by local blues favorite G-Money and his special guests. There are draft beer and drink specials all night as well, with no cover charge.
In addition to Monday’s Blues Jam Sessions, The Club Room features live music on Wednesday and Saturday nights. Every Wednesday from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. features jazz music with Alicia Pyle and friends. Every Saturday from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. is the I ♥ Saturdays party featuring live music from area bands playing dance and R & B music. Along with the wide variety of music available, customers can enjoy signature cocktails and a unique dining menu in an intimate setting.
All three show nights are free to customers.
