Erin’s House Benefits From Angola Motorsport Speedway Fundraiser

Erin’s House for Grieving Children received over $1,300 in support from the Angola Motorsport Speedway through funds raised during their recent golf outing.

“Erin’s House started nearly 22 years ago because a group of people took the time to care, just like the staff and members of the Angola Motorsport Speedway have done through their golf outing. Through community events like this we can increase the awareness of our programs in addition to creating financial support of our mission; this ensures our services can always be available to the grieving children, teens and families that need them.” Debbie Meyer, Executive Director of Erin’s House for Grieving Children.

Pam Shelmadine, owner of the speedway stated, “We would like to thank Erin’s House for letting us help. We chose to raise funds for Erin’s House because of the tragic loss of my son, Jeff Shelmadine, and my father, Blaine Miller, we know how much it means to have someone to lean on. They were both about family and always helped others, especially kids.”
