Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) For Emergency Shelters & At-Risk Afterschool Meals Programs

Community Harvest Food Bank today announces sponsorship of the Child and Adult Care Food Program at the following sites:

• Weisser Park Youth Center, 802 Eckart St. Fort Wayne IN 46806, Serving Monday-Friday 5-5:30pm

• Euell Wilson Youth Center, 1512 Oxford St. Fort Wayne IN 46806, Serving times Monday-Friday 3pm-5pm

• Cooper Center, 2300 S. Clinton Fort Wayne, IN 46816, Serving times Monday – Friday 5-5:30PM

• Jennings Youth Center, 1330 McCulloch St. Fort Wayne, IN. 46803, Serving times Monday-Friday 5-5:30pm

• McMillen Youth Center, 3901 Abbot St. Fort Wayne, IN 46806, Serving times Monday-Friday 4-5pm

**Please contact the centers to inquire about any new rules and regulations they may have in place due to COVID19**

Meals will be available at no separate charge to enrolled children without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.

The goal of the program is to improve the diets of children and increase the opportunity for children to eat a variety of nutritious foods. The meals and snacks served meet standards established by the United States Department of Agriculture for the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
