Art This Way & Fort Wayne Downtown Improvement District Announce A Summer Scavenger Hunt

Art This Way and Downtown Improvement District are pleased to announce another Downtown scavenger hunt! Bring your family to Downtown and see if you can find the answers using the clues provided! The Scavenger Hunt clues can be found at ArtThisWayFW.com.

The rules are simple. Use the clues to answer a question about the art! Contestants may be asked to find the name of the artist, snap a selfie, find the location of the public art, or answer a question about the art, so they need to be sure to read the question before they start hunting down the clue! This scavenger hunt can be conducted from the safety of a couch, from a car or on foot.

The public is invited to record their answers and submit them on-line at ArtThisWayFW.com. To participate in the contest, entries need to be submitted by Monday, August 17, 2020 at 12:00 p.m..

Only one entry is permitted per household. The winner will be randomly selected out of the highest scoring entries. The winner of the Summer Scavenger Hunt will receive a prize valued at $100.00! A second prize will be awarded to the best mural selfie. We are asking contestants to pose in front of the newest mural by artist Theoplis Smith III, aka Phresh Laundry! The ‘Selfie Challenge’ winner will receive a prize valued at $50.00.

Fort Wayne has a rich and growing collection of public art! We encourage you to visit Downtown Fort Wayne with your friends or family and explore what our city has to offer!
