Jim Schmidt Auto in Hicksville, Ohio, will break ground on a new location on Friday, August 23 at 10 a.m. at 405 West High Street. The $3.6 million project will result in a new 22,223 square foot Ford dealership to replace the company’s previous space. Mosaic Building Solutions will manage the construction of the facility.

This project will provide Jim Schmidt Ford with a larger service area to meet their customers’ needs. The dealership had outgrown their previous location, creating an opportunity to customize a building that fit the needs of the business. Mosaic worked with the company and their design team to create a construction plan that would fit their growing space and layout requirements.

Construction will continue through the end of this year with completion scheduled for April 2020.
