Fort Wayne Area Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors will be starting its Plumbing & HVAC Apprenticeship Program this year with a renovated space of over 8,000 square feet customized for educating those who are in the trades. The Plumbing and HVAC trades are in a staffing shortage now more than ever due to retiring trades people. We need more people entering the industry. PHCC will offer a 4-year program with more hands-on training than ever before in both Plumbing and HVAC. An open house will be held on Wednesday July 24th for owners, contractors, and managers to showcase the new facility, as well as recognize the manufactures and suppliers that have generously donated to the success of the programs.
