Ouabache State Park Monthly Lunch Nature Program July 11

July 11 at noon is the next Nature Lovers Lunch and Learn series at Ouabache State Park. Anyone is welcome to join the carry-in luncheon sponsored by the Friends of Ouabache and Corner Depot. It takes place in the Lodge Recreation Building. People will get to enjoy a meal, fellowship and a nature program. The potluck will be offered every second Thursday of the month through October.

The July program will be “Stockbridge Audubon Society Celebrates 120 years” presented by Terri Gorney, member of Stockbridge Audubon. The Stockbridge Audubon Society’s mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats for the benefit of humanity and the earth’s biological diversity.

Main dish, drinks and table service will be provided. Attendees should bring a prepared dish to share and a freewill offering. To register or for more information, call Ouabache State Park 260-824-0926 or email friendsofouabache@gmail.com .
