Heritage Park Assisted Living Community has received a deficiency-free rating for the fifth consecutive time during their annual state inspection. The designation is received by only a small percentage of senior living communities and being awarded a perfect score for five concurrent years is a stellar achievement.

Heritage Park is operated by American Senior Communities and is located at 2001 Hobson Road, Ft Wayne In, 46805. In addition to their Assisted Living Community, they serve seniors and others in need of independent living, rehabilitation, memory care, skilled nursing and hospice services.

Greg Hevel, General Manager for Heritage Park’s Assisted Living community reflected on their recent achievement, "It’s all about the TEAM and being committed to providing our residents and their families the care they deserve."
