Mosaic Building Solutions recently completed a renovation project for Lutheran Life Villages which created a new Memory Care Neighborhood in their facility on Anthony Boulevard in Fort Wayne.
Three resident rooms were removed as part of the project to open up a large common space for dining, activities, and a new kitchenette. The project also allowed Lutheran Life Villages to add an additional 9 memory care beds, creating new opportunities for memory care services.
“The most exciting aspect of this project was to be able to create a “home like” environment to serve our memory care residents,” said Lutheran Life Villages Vice President of Clinical Operations Kelly Borror. “Mosaic did a great job keeping the project moving and keeping LLV informed throughout the project.”
The 5,455 square foot project was completed in August 2018 and cost just over $425,000.
