Annual Classic Car Raffle Creates Possibilities At Turnstone – Tickets Now Available

A Top Flight award-winning 1970 Chevy Corvette Stingray parked at SweetCars on Jefferson Boulevard is more than just a snazzy ride. This classic vehicle is helping local families obtain vital services at Turnstone through the organization’s annual Corvette Raffle fundraiser. Proceeds from raffle ticket purchases are used to support the children and adults with disabilities who come to Turnstone for programs and services.

Corvette Raffle Tickets start out at $15 each, with discounts for larger ticket amounts. Tickets can be purchased by calling 260-483-2100 or 866-483-1278. For more information, including a list of upcoming car shows the car will be featured at, visit Turnstone.org/Raffle. Classic car fans can also see the car in person at SweetCars, located at 2404 West Jefferson Boulevard.

The winner will be drawn on October 4th, 2018.

This year’s Corvette has a rare green exterior, tan interior and a white soft convertible top. It is also has a 300/350 HP V8 engine, 65K miles, and factory air conditioning.

Children like Vine and Avery, shown posing next to the Corvette, can receive important therapy at a reduced cost thanks to the more than 20,000 tickets that Turnstone hopes to sell through its annual Corvette Raffle.

“The annual Corvette raffle is one of the many opportunities individuals have to support Turnstone’s mission and the people we serve,” says Turnstone Chief Executive Officer, Mike Mushett. “As a non-profit, we never turn anyone away based on their inability to pay, so we rely heavily and appreciatively on generous support from our community and the success of events like the Corvette raffle.”

Turnstone is the only area nonprofit to offer comprehensive therapeutic, educational, wellness, sports, and recreation programs, and is the only facility with wheelchair-accessible exercise and strength training equipment in the entire state of Indiana.

Turnstone’s Corvette Raffle operates under Indiana Raffle License #147196.
