In honor of Mother’s Day, the Allen County SPCA is offering a great opportunity to become a pet-parent! From Thursday, May 10, 2018 through Sunday, May 13, 2018, all dogs over 50 pounds will be adoptable for just $50 and all cats will be adoptable for just $5.

Our adoption fees include spay or neuter surgery, distemper combination vaccination, rabies vaccination, flea prevention, canine heartworm test and prevention, registered microchip for permanent I.D., and a starter bag of pet food. This is a value of $300 to $400!

Adoption fee does not include City of Fort Wayne pet tag/permit required for Fort Wayne city residents. Adopters must provide a leash and collar for dogs and/or suitable crate for cats.

The shelter, located at the corner of Hanna and Pettit streets in Southeast Fort Wayne is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
