Survey To Understand Direction Of Community

Beginning this weekend, The Waynedale Business Chamber’s (WBC) Corridor Committee will be collecting input from a survey developed to better understand what people do in Waynedale, how the community is currently perceived, what improvements should be made, and what type of businesses to attract. The survey takes about 10 minutes and is open to residents inside and outside of the Waynedale community.

“This survey will provide valuable insight on how people feel about Waynedale as well as to help guide plans for future improvements to create a better quality of life for our residents.” Alex Cornwell, Waynedale News Publisher and WBC Corridor Committee Chair continued, “I feel that the survey really digs deep into understanding Waynedale and as such its results will be used in a variety of ways. Anyone who cares for our community and wants to make their voice heard should take it.”

Sweetening the pot, everyone who takes the survey will be entered into a special drawing for gift certificates and items donated by local businesses. Donors of these fantastic prizes include, Midwest America Federal Credit Union, Ossian State Bank, Paul Davis, Hair Affair, The Waynedale News and Kingston Residence.

The survey will be available to be taken online at http://waynedale.com/survey/ until Sunday, August 26 at midnight. The WBC Corridor Committee encourages all Allen, Wells, Adams, Huntington and Whitley county residents to take it and share it with friends and family, not only to win some great prizes from local businesses, but most importantly to contribute to a bright future for the Waynedale community.
