STAR Financial Bank expands banking team with Robert Bartley, new Private Banker. Bartley brings more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry at PNC Bank and Stock Yards Bank & Trust helping numerous clients to establish and grow their practices.

As a Private Banker, Bartley’s focus will be on clients who are in the medical and dental fields. His understanding of the unique needs of the medical profession, such as practice purchases, buy-ins, and equipment financing will allow him to provide a full suite of financial services to this niche audience. Bartley will be located in the Indianapolis area; however, he will serve clients across STAR’s Northeast and Central Indiana footprint.

Bartley is an active volunteer with the LIFT program, teaching life skills and values to disabled children. He also serves on the Faith and Finance Committee for Grace Community Church. Bartley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from Indiana University in Bloomington.
