The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum presents a special exhibition that showcases the streamlined automobile trend of the 1930s and features the teardrop-shape-inspired 1937 Lincoln Zephyr, the wind-tunnel-tested 1937 Chrysler Airflow, and the sleek profile of the 1936 Cord 810.

This exhibit tells the story of aerodynamic concepts as they were used in American automobiles of advanced style. Also included in the exhibit are headlamp design details, and a look at the progression of streamlining in pre-war transportation. The exhibit opens on Friday, November 4, 2016 with a reception from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and a presentation at 6:00 p.m. The exhibit will run through Labor Day weekend, September 2017.

The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum – where the world’s finest cars of yesterday live today!
