Museum Receives 2016 Certificate Of Excellence From TripAdvisor

The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum is proud to receive a 2016 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor with a score of five out of five. TripAdvisor is an American travel website company providing reviews of travel-related content. TripAdvisor bestows a Certificate of Excellence on accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travelers.

“The museum has its own instant barometer on visitor experiences due to our engaged, friendly and attentive volunteers who interact with the visitors,” said museum Executive Director Laura Brinkman. “Through their conversations they gather information that helps the museum improve their individual experiences and that of others. Additionally, the Museum guest book collects comments including visitors’ favorite fact, automobile, or exhibit. The guest book is a staff favorite as the comments are so positive and rewarding.
