As CFO, Mohr will oversee the bank’s accounting, asset and liability management, treasury functions, capital planning, and the execution of STAR’s short and long-term strategic plan.

Mohr has 10 years of banking experience and most recently held the position of VP & Treasurer at STAR. He was previously VP & Treasurer of both Yadkin Bank in Raleigh, North Carolina and Tower Bank in Fort Wayne. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Miami University of Ohio and will complete his Master of Business Administration at Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne this summer.

Mohr replaces STAR’s previous Chief Financial Officer, Karen Gregerson, who was recently named CEO at a Central Indiana community bank.
