Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana will hold the 2016 Lapper and Survivors Day Celebration on Saturday, May 14.
The Lapper is a fundraising walk benefitting Cancer Services. All of the money raised at the event stays in Northeast Indiana to help our friends and neighbors with cancer.
There are three ways to participate: 1) raise money and walk at the event, 2) make a donation or 3) become a sponsor. Many participants walk or donate in honor of a friend or loved one who has been touched by cancer.
Register or donate online at www.lapper2016.kintera.org. Registration forms are also available at Cancer Services.
Walkers who register and raise at least $25 by May 1 may receive a commemorative Lapper t-shirt. Water and fresh fruit are provided during the walk, which takes place rain or shine.
After the walk, the public is invited to the Survivors Day Celebration at 11am. The celebration includes food, music and games to entertain the whole family.
