Frontier Communications To Host Indiana Education Symposia In October

Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: FTR), a leading provider of High-Speed Internet, video and phone services, invites schools and libraries to join an Indiana Education Symposium from 12:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. at the locations and dates listed below:

Oct. 13 – Valparaiso: Valparaiso Community Schools, Administration Office, 3801 N. Campbell St., Valparaiso

Oct. 14 – Fort Wayne: Frontier Office, 8001 W. Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne

Oct. 15 – Richmond: Ivy Tech Community College, Richmond Campus, 2357 Chester Blvd., Richmond

Oct. 16 – Terre Haute: Ivy Tech Community College, Wabash Valley Campus, 8000 South Education Dr. Terre Haute

Each symposium will address technology issues in education, IT challenges and opportunities created by mobile learning and flexible deployment options for wireless networks in education. Recent changes to E-rate will focus on broadband connectivity, wireless funding and greater emphasis on Wi-Fi networks and other solutions that enable connected learning.
