The broker owners of RE/MAX Results announced today their agreement with Orizon Real Estate, Inc. to merge its Kendallville branch office with RE/MAX Results. Effective October 1, agents from Orizon will become part of RE/MAX Results, expanding the regional company’s operations to seven offices and more than 155 agents serving northeast Indiana.
The agents will continue to be based from the current Kendallville office located at 125 E. North Street.
RE/MAX Results co-owners Larry Phillips and Todd Stock of Fort Wayne will assume management of the office from previous owners Greg Fahl and Bob Grawcock who operated the Orizon office and who will continue to operate the Orizon office in Columbia City.
“We’re excited to welcome these outstanding agents into the RE/MAX Results team,” said Todd Stock. “The Kendallville office will strengthen our service for customers in Noble County, increase our presence regionally and create additional opportunities to expand the RE/MAX brand and our company operations further into the surrounding markets.”
The Kendallville office, which began operations in 2000, closed 152 residential transactions and nearly $20 million in sales volume during the previous 12 months. Agents from the office have earned number one market share in Noble County for many years. When combined, the merging offices are projected to generate sales of more than $460 million and 3,450 transactions through the end of 2015.
The merger will extend RE/MAX Results’ top market share position in the overall area that makes up the Northeast Indiana Association of REALTORS®.
