Frontier Communications (NASDAQ: FTR) will perform network upgrades beginning Saturday, September 26, 2015 between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Frontier residential and business High-Speed Internet customers may experience an interruption of service during this time; phone service will not be affected. Frontier FiOS subscribers in Fort Wayne will not lose connectivity during this time.

Frontier Internet customers may need to reboot their modems after the equipment upgrade.

To reboot High-Speed Internet connection:

· First, power the PC or Mac completely down. This step alone is sufficient to reboot if you have an internal High-Speed Internet modem.

· Second, remove the power cord from the back of the High-Speed Internet modem.

· Keep the computer and the modem off for at least one minute. Reconnect the power cord and wait for the modem’s lights to stabilize.

· Power the PC or Mac back on and check if browsing is available.
