Tailgate Tonight! – SCAN Children’s Garden At IPFW Site For Dueling Pianos And Fun

SCAN’s fans will gather tonight – Thursday, September 17 at 5:30 pm – to raise funds to Stop Child Abuse and Neglect. The annual event returns this year with a tailgate theme, gourmet food catered by Catablu, signature cocktail and cash bar. The evening’s entertainment includes dueling pianos, a live and silent auction, and one lucky duck will win the Bradley Gough Diamonds giveaway.

Held at the SCAN Children’s Garden at IPFW, guests will enjoy the scenic view of the St. Joseph River while tailgating alongside friends and co-supporters of SCAN’s vital mission: protect children, prepare parents, strengthen families and educate the community to Stop Child Abuse and Neglect.

Donations for those who cannot attend can be made online: www.scanfw.org/donate.

Donations support the agency’s efforts in Allen county and throughout northeast Indiana to prevent child abuse and neglect. Fundraising efforts, such as Tailgate with SCAN, provided services to 23,600 individuals and 4,909 families in fiscal year 2014. These opportunities are not possible without financial support from the community. Our staff of nearly 200 engage with parents and caregivers to stabilize and rebuild their family through a variety of services. Most programs are available at no cost to the family due to the generosity of donors and individuals to events such as the Tailgate with SCAN.
