A power outage on the City’s north side has caused several traffic signals to not function at this hour. Numerous signals on State Boulevard and areas both north and south of State are not working at this hour. The outage appears to stretch from Anthony in the east to Goshen at Gateway in the west. Motorists should treat these intersections as a four-way-stop.
