Northeast ISBDC clients Emily and Mitch Schifferly are opening up a new boutique in downtown Decatur. The BlackBird Boutique is located at 222 North Second Street, with a Grand Opening celebration scheduled to take place beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 8. The quaint, rustic boutique will sell trendy women’s clothing and shoes, purses, handmade jewelry and all-natural makeup, as well as vintage home décor items.
