The sixth annual “Let the Children Come” fundraiser for Lutheran South Unity School, 5401 S. Calhoun St., is 5:00 p.m. Sunday, October 4, at Zion Lutheran Church, Bauer Hall, 2313 S. Hanna St. Featured will be a silent auction, an elegant dinner, and special guest and emcee Larry Bower, news director at 90.3 WBCL and president of the entertainment group Bower North Productions. The cost is $60 per person; $25 of the ticket price is tax deductible. Proceeds will go to the LSUS Scholarship Endowment Fund.
