Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: FTR), a leading provider of broadband, FiOS®, television, voice and data services, is pleased to announce that Greg Stephens has been promoted to President of Frontier’s new Midwest Region, encompassing Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. He reports to John Lass, Frontier’s Executive Vice President, Field Operations.
Most recently, as Senior Vice President and GM of Indiana, Stephens was a dedicated advocate for Frontier who led a series of successful expansions and product launches.
“Greg brings more than 23 years of telecommunications experience to his new role and oversees field operations, marketing, finance and local engagement relations, as well as every aspect of the customer experience,” said Lass. “His wealth of knowledge in management and operations has been a key factor in Frontier’s success in Indiana, and I look forward to that knowledge extending to the five additional states of the new Midwest Region.”
Stephens joined Frontier in 2007 as Area General Manager of the Southern properties. In 2011 he served as Interim VP and GM for Washington State, and in 2012 he was appointed to Senior Vice President of Indiana. Before joining Frontier, Stephens was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Centennial Wireless.
