The Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission will take formal action on the approval of a development agreement between the City of Fort Wayne and Domo Development, LLC for a $27 million residential development across from Parkview Field in downtown Fort Wayne that was announced in January. The project will include 163 apartments, 14 row houses, and a 173 space parking garage.

The approval of the development agreement is the next step in the process before construction begins.
