FORT WAYNE, IN— Snowflakes are as individual and unique as people. When those people in our lives die, our grief is just as unique. Throughout the year, Erin’s House for Grieving Children provides grief support services for children, teens and their families who have suffered the death of a loved one. We all know that the holidays can be an especially difficult time due to the death of a loved one. With the upcoming holiday season and the LIGHTS OF LOVE MEMORIAL, you can have the opportunity to publically and meaningfully memorialize your loved ones.
Erin’s House for Grieving Children is teaming up with Parkview Field this holiday season to bring this special feature to the 2013 Downtown Holiday Festival. Personalized lighted candles will be on display near the center-field amphitheater as well as personal messages and photos of loved ones on the TinCaps video board.
The LIGHTS OF LOVE MEMORIAL will run November 21-30 from 5-8 p.m. each night, with the exception of Thanksgiving night.
Being a part of this unique event is simple!
