The Indiana Department of Transportation announces signal improvements are planned along S.R. 1 in northern Allen County. Beginning on or after Friday, April 26, INDOT contractor, Michiana, is scheduled to begin working on several locations, weather permitting.

The project consists of installing new signal heads, cabinets and other upgrades at most signalized intersections on S.R. 1 between Parkview/Dupont Plaza Drive and Amsutz Road in Allen County.

Drivers may see lane restrictions during the work at each intersection.
