PHP To Relocate Corporate Headquarters In Fort Wayne

Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana, Inc. (PHP), a local employee benefits organization, has announced the relocation of their corporate headquarters to Magnavox Way Corporate Center, 1700 Magnavox Way, Fort Wayne, Indiana (46804). PHP’s acquisition of Pro-Claim Plus, Inc. (October 1, 2017) has required the need for more combined physical space —PHP will occupy nearly 45,000 square feet at the Corporate Center. The relocation is expected to be complete by February 2019.

Expansion of Products and Services

Relocating all staff under one roof will help our team perform more effectively and efficiently as well as amalgamate our goals and mission.”

Magnavox Way Corporate Center

The PHP Corporate headquarters will be housed at the Magnavox Way Corporate Center, located on the southwest side of Fort Wayne at the I-69 and SR 14 (Illinois Road) interchange with prime visibility and easy access from I-69. Tenants currently include General Dynamics, Shared Services Center, Ruoff Mortgage, and Fidelity Investments.

PHP will occupy nearly 45,000 square feet which is currently under renovation to accommodate needs. Demolition of the existing square footage layout is well underway, with the build out starting this week. There is a plan for a phased time line of moving PHP departments into the remolded space beginning August 2018 with full occupancy by February 2019.
