Ivy Tech Northeast Inviting Community To Help Name Food Truck, Debuting In Spring

This spring, Ivy Tech Community College Northeast’s Hospitality Administration program will debut a food truck to the community. To help name it, the College is turning to its students and employees—and the community.

Northeast Indiana is invited to submit name ideas for Ivy Tech Northeast’s food truck. The name will be chosen by a selection committee, and the entrant with the winning name will receive $100 in prizes: an Amazon Echo Dot and a $50 gift certificate to use at the food truck.

Entrants are encouraged to be creative with their names. Don’t be afraid to be edgy or silly. Play with puns. Make us laugh.

To submit an idea, entrants can fill out the form at bit.ly/ivytechfoodtruck, which also lists the full rules. They can submit as many ideas as they want, so long as they fill out a separate form for each.

The contest ends at 5 p.m. April 5. Should the committee not select an entry, a randomly selected entrant will win the prize. Should this occur, entering more than once will not increase chances of winning.

The food truck menu will rotate regularly. It might include anything from pizza or pierogies to sushi or tacos to soup or sandwiches.
