Join Smith Field Airport (SMD) for a celebration of charitable giving and Christmas cheer! SMD and event partner Sweet Aviation have joined forces to host a unique toy drive benefitting the Fort Wayne Marine Toys for Tots program. On Saturday, December 3 from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM participants are encouraged to come out to donate new, packaged toys, watch planes fly and enjoy hot cocoa and games for the whole family. The goal is collect enough toys for children in need to fill a plane before it takes off for the North Pole at 3:30 PM!

Media is invited to this celebration at the SMD terminal. Representatives from the Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority and event partners will be available for comment.
