The Allen County Chapter 187 of AARP will hold its monthly free educational presentation on Thursday, November 3, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at the Community Foundation, 555 East Wayne Street, Fort Wayne (corner of Wayne and Monroe).

Bob Jones, a long-time volunteer at the Old Fort in Fort Wayne will provide an insider’s tour of the origins of the Old Fort construction, its ongoing maintenance, and the unique programs sponsored by those intimately involved with this Fort Wayne landmark. Bob will describe some of his adventures with Fort politics and interesting encounters he has had with the general public who attend Fort functions. There will be an opportunity for questions and the public is invited.
