Travel Advisory – Economy Parking Lot Disruption At FWA

Due to upgrades to parking lot equipment, the economy lot at Fort Wayne International Airport will be closed from October 14- October 27, 2016. During this time, the entrance to the economy lot will be closed. Passengers and vehicles already in the economy lot will be able to exit.

The Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority has contracted Fort Wayne based Light & Breuning, Inc. to update parking systems at Fort Wayne International Airport. Parking system updates include replacing all parking lot gates, ticket dispensers, and pay stations. During the work period, some lot entrances will be intermittently closed, but the long term, short term, and rental lots will be open at all times. All parking equipment upgrades at Fort Wayne International Airport will be completed in December 2016.
