The University of Saint Francis’s marching band, the USF Marching Pride, will debut during the university’s first home football game of the season on Saturday, September 10 at noon.

The Marching Pride, under the direction of Dr. Steven Kandow, has been rehearsing since its inception in early 2015. The 24 student musicians come from many different fields of study and range from freshman- to senior-year students. The group is the first and only collegiate marching band in the city of Fort Wayne.

In addition to USF home football games, the Marching Pride will appear at USF Alumni Tailgate parties before each game and at various sporting events throughout the year.
