Women interested in experiencing a relaxing, fun-filled day in the outdoors and meeting new friends are invited to an NWTF Women in the Outdoors event on June 11, 2016 at the Izaak Walton League-17100 Griffin Rd. in Huntertown.

Ladies ages 12 and up are encouraged to attend. Hands-on instruction will be provided by friendly experts trained to work with beginners and participants of all skill levels.

The event, which begins at 7:30a.m., includes such activities like:

· Shooting

· Archery

· Birdwatching

· Self-defense

· Outdoor Cooking

· Wilderness Crafts

· And many, many more!

Participation is just $55 or 2 for $100 by May 31 and goes up in price after that date; early bird price includes a Women in the Outdoors t-shirt.
