Easter Bone Hunt

Easter egg hunts aren’t just for children anymore! Dogs everywhere are invited to join the fun at the Eighth Annual Easter Bone Hunt sponsored by Happy Dogs Daycare to support pet adoptions and volunteer programs at Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control.

The event will be held at Franke Park THIS Saturday, April 2. Registration will be held inside pavilion one (behind the F.W. Children’s Zoo) beginning at Noon. The Bone Hunt starts at 1:30 p.m. Dogs are admitted with a $15 donation to Animal Care & Control. Owners and their dogs will then hunt for treat filled Easter eggs and qualify for prize baskets. Everyone will enjoy dog-friendly games, including spray on (pet friendly) tattoos, paw art, and more! Meet wonderful dog friendly vendors and receive a memory photo with the Easter Bunny (for an additional $10). Raffle tickets will be available for more prizes to increase funding for programs that benefit the homeless pets in our community. This year we’ve added a “Do it All” price for just $40 which includes all activities and games including an Easter Bunny photo and 10 raffle tickets! Join the fun and show your support!
