Mental Wellness 101…What to do, Where to turn, When you don’t know what to do!

Jane Holliday isthe Psychiatric Care Navigator and Community Liaison at Parkview Behavioral Health in Fort Wayne. For much of her adult life she has provided mental health care for family members. For many years she struggled to navigate the maze of services in our community to deal with family issues of addiction and suicidal tendencies. This experience and her work in a psychiatric hospital has served Jane will in her desire to assist others find hope and healing. Jane will present on her role as a psychiatric care navigator as well as share her wisdom and tips on ways to understand what mental wellness is and how we might all help themselves and others by our awareness of the signs of distress and where to go for help in our community.
