To evaluate each online program, OnlineColleges.com used a complex methodology that compares academics, student experience, financial aid and enrollment in the online bachelor’s in human resources program, resulting in a clear picture of the best offerings in the country. The list of rankings features program highlights, course frameworks, LMS software, price ranges and more.
