A free summer kids’ event called Weird Animals VBS will be hosted at North Christian Church, located at 5201 Camden Drive in Fort Wayne, June 15 through 19 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for children ages 3-13.

At Weird Animals, kids will learn about some of God’s most unique creations! They’ll participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and dig into yummy treats, experience cool Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them they are one of a kind, and test out Sciency-Fun Gizmos they’ll take home and play with all summer long. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings.

Each day concludes with The Tail End—a celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Parents are encouraged to join in daily for this special time to watch their children be the stars of the show at 7:30 p.m. each day. Please bring your family at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, June 21 as we show off what we’ve learned and share a wonderful lunch!

Kids at Weird Animals VBS will join an international mission effort to share God’s love by participating in a Week of Compassion project.
